New Cattle Mutilation in Harney County, Oregon!
On Thursday, March 30th, 2023, ranchers found their healthy, five-year-old cow lying dead on its right side. It appeared to have been mutilated.

For the past 30 years, Chuck Zukowski has been an IC Mask Design Engineering contractor. Chuck approaches every investigation from a skeptical point of view looking for any known possibility before claiming otherwise.
