UFO’s and Electrical Energy.
We live a life of negative and positive energies, literally. Our bodies are generally in a “neutral” state meaning balanced between negative and positive charges. The human nervous system is comprised of tiny electrical currents that travel across neuron membranes throughout our body. Humans at rest generate at least 100 watts of energy, just like a 100-watt bulb. During workout or sporting activities or even brisk walks, we can generate 300 to 400 watts of power. Yep, we are a walking talking power plant, so much so that some businesses use our body heat to heat their buildings. On the average, the Mall of America in Minnesota gets around 110,000 shoppers per day. If each shopper generates an estimated 100 watts, then during the day, the Mall gets 11 million watts of free energy in the form of heat. This free heat keeps the Mall at about 70 degrees Fahrenheit, so no need to use electricity to run heaters during cold months. Our bodies are capacitors storing energy, if you shock someone with your finger, your static discharge could be from 1,000 to 10,000 volts. In extreme cases a person’s static shock can reach up to 72,000 volts! In that case your body would be building up an electrical charge probably due to static electricity in the air from let’s say, a rainstorm with lighting. Even though it’s high voltage, the current is extremely low, and not enough to hurt anyone.
So, we humans store energy within our bodies, and we leave energy impressions everywhere daily. Using a FLIR camera, if you place your hand on a table and remove it, the FLIR camera will pick up the heat from your hand imprint. You basically left some of your energy on that table. Just like the residual energy you left on the table with your hand, we UFO investigators look for that residual energy from UFO events. Using an EMF meter, (Electro-Magnetic-Frequency) meter, we can pick up high frequency radiation left by a UFO encounter from the technology they use. Depending on the intensity of the EM field, will determine how long the energy will stay before it dissipates into thin air.
In UFOlogy, residual static electricity or electro-magnetic fields are usually present around true UFO sighting areas. When I pick up residual EM fields, I know something extraordinary happened there. But in some cases, the residual energy will affect my equipment, and on rare occasions while running an investigation, the energy may not be residual, but from something that may be investigating me or the team.
In 2006 while working on the TV show, SCI FI Investigates: “The Roswell Incident”, the production crew and I camped out near the old Hines house close to the Roswell Debris site. The Hines house was a very small ranch house or large shed where Mac Brazel would stay from time to time.
Sometime during the night before our first shoot, something strange happened. When we woke up the next morning, our vehicle batteries were dead, our cell phone batteries were dead, and the production crew’s camera batteries were also dead. Something during the night caused all our equipment’s batteries to discharge. No one in the group felt sick or disoriented, whatever happened just effected the equipment’s batteries. We were able to recharge our batteries after Bill Doleman, New Mexico archeologist, showed up in his truck and we used jumper-cables to start the other vehicles.
Did a craft fly over? Were we visited? No idea, but this happens a lot not only during UFO investigations but ghost investigations as well. Battery discharging. I can name cases from UFO sightings to Ghost investigations to Bigfoot investigations where an unknown electro-magnetic field effected my equipment. Even during the taping of my episode, Missouri Mayhem from my TV show, Alien Highway.
One of the episode’s investigations was a possible UFO landing near a rancher’s house. The rancher had a picture of an unusual circular impression on the ground, and using that picture, we were able to determine the exact location where the craft landed. This event had happened a few months earlier so there was no visible evidence when we were there filming. But while I was being filmed walking into the area where the picture showed the location of the ground depression, our camera man’s camera stopped recording. He was using a professional RED camera the same type of camera they use in motion pictures. This had never happened to him before, so he was concerned. Once he left the immediate area, he was able to re-start the camera. Not only that, but our drone operator who was filming us from above, couldn’t land his drone near the site. The drone stopped about 5 feet from the ground and wouldn’t land. Some type of energy was keeping that drone from recognizing the ground. Our drone operator, frustrated, walked over to the flying drone and just grabbed it.
The following promotional clip from that episode briefly shows the picture of the round ground depression right after Heather Taddy from my team says, “She claims that a craft landed”. Then a few more seconds after that clip there’s a clip of me looking at my EMF meter saying, “This meter is going everywhere”. That was real time while we were shooting the episode. A residual electromagnetic energy still existed from what ever had made that ground depression months earlier.
That is really good evidence some type of unusual anomaly had occurred at that site.
Minerals in the dirt and different types of Rocks can hold that residual electro-magnetic energy from a UFO related event. But as mentioned earlier, our bodies can store energy too, but not only human bodies, animals as well. While running a cattle mutilation investigation in Colorado, I picked up high EMF (electro-magnetic field) levels from an unusual circular incision from the head of a mutilated cow. My EMF meter was reading twice the Earth’s magnetic field coming from this gaping hole.
After this cattle mutilation investigation I contacted the manufacturer who designed my EMF meter. I spoke with one of the engineers and explained the circumstances involved with the high reading I got. He said the only way the meter would be able to pick up those readings was if some type of high energy was embedded in the hide of the animal near the wound.
This was my “ah ha” moment of proof that technology was responsible for the cattle mutilation wounds! You can not pick up such high EMF if someone had just cut the animal with a sharp tool.
Can’t happen, EMF doesn’t work like that.

I’ve been running Paranormal investigations for decades now and have learned what works and what doesn’t work when running investigations. You have to be careful in the tools you use to find the evidence you need. Using the right tools is a must, because that’s what they were designed for. Using a $10 cellphone app is a joke when running a serious investigation. Sure, they’re fun to use, but I have to laugh at any so-called investigator on TV that use their cellphones as investigative tools. These are amateurs.
A cell phone gives off its own EMF field and all the communicating on the phone with all the apps and cellular towers would have to be completely disabled for an EMF app to even try to work. And the EMF app on your phone is just software induced to use the cellphone’s technology to mimic a pseudo-EMF meter.
Electrical energy is one of the key elements when running paranormal investigations. In UFO sightings it can be detected if technology was used, and in ghost investigations it can be detected if spirits are present. Electrical energy appears to be life’s common denominator, without out it, life as we know it wouldn’t exist.
