UFO Disclosure Coming?
UFO’s have been seen throughout US history.

Military personnel capturing pictures of UFOs is nothing new. For example, in 1942 an Imperial Japanese Sally bomber aircraft on a mission over the Sea of Japan, was approached by a small dark spherical object which flew around and between the aircraft in the formation. An alert gun-cameraman snapped one photograph.

These “Balls of Light” which are still seen today and actually captured on video by me and by my production team for Alien Highway, have been seen throughout history. During World War II, these Balls of Light not only followed the Japanese pilots but the Americans as well. The American pilots nicknamed the lights, “Foo Fighters”.

The term “Foo” was borrowed from the Smokey Stover comic strip. A radar operator in the 415th Night Fighter Squadron, Donald J. Meiers, who (it is agreed by most 415th members) gave the foo fighters their name. Meiers was from Chicago and was an avid reader of Holman’s strip, which was run daily in the Chicago Tribune. Smokey Stover’s catch-phrase was “Where there’s foo, there’s fire”. In a mission debriefing on the evening of November 27, 1944, Fritz Ringwald, the unit’s S-2 Intelligence Officer, stated that Meiers and Ed Schleuter had sighted a red ball of fire that appeared to chase them through a variety of high-speed maneuvers. Fritz said that Meiers was extremely agitated and had a copy of the comic strip tucked in his back pocket. He pulled it out and slammed it down on Fritz’s desk and said, “It was another one of those fuckin’ foo fighters!” and stormed out of the debriefing room.
In 2004 the famed “Tic Tac” Sighting occurred off the coast of Southern California.

In 2019 UFO enthusiast Tom Delonge from the band, “Blink-182” and former military intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, released UFO videos through Tom’s organization, “To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences”. The company founded in 2017 by Jim Semivan, a former senior Intelligence Officer with the CIA, Harold E. Puthoff an American engineer and parapsychologist, and Tom Delonge a singer-songwriter, record producer and filmaker, has a division of Science and Aerospace that’s devoted to the investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO’s).
Among the videos they released, is now the famous “Tic Tac” video.
In 2019 the Tic Tac video so named because of it’s rounded shape and white color resembling a Tic Tac mint, was confirmed by the Pentagon stating “officials still have no idea what the recorded object was.” Weather phenomenon, manmade craft and birds have been all ruled out.
Chad Underwood whose plane filmed the famous Tic Tac video, broke silence 15 years after the encounter describing the Tic Tac object he recorded over the Pacific Ocean as “not behaving within the normal laws of physics”. He stated the object moved from 50,000 feet to 100 feet in seconds, which is “Not” possible.
The sighting occurred within a period of 14 days in which the USS Princeton had recorded unknown aircraft intermittently passing across its radar systems off the US West Coast. Their radar contact was so inexplicable, that the system was shut down and restarted checking for software and hardware bugs. But, the operators continued to track mysterious objects afterwards.
Speaking to the New York Magazine, Mr. Underwood said:
“The thing that stood out to me the most was how erratic it was behaving. And what I mean by erratic is that its changes in altitude, air speed, and aspect were just unlike things that I’ve ever encountered before flying against other air targets.
“It was just behaving in ways that aren’t physically normal. That’s what caught my eye. Because, aircraft, whether they’re manned or unmanned, still have to obey the laws of physics. They have to have some source of lift, some source of propulsion. The tic tac was not doing that.”
“You’re up there flying, like, ‘Okay. It’s not behaving in a manner that’s predictable or is normal by how flying objects physically move’.”
Then on November 14th, 2004.
Off the Southern California coast again, then Navy Commander David Fravor who was the Commanding Officer for the “Strike Fighter Squadron 41”, scrambled his jet to check out a radar blip 80 miles off the coast during a F-18 Super Hornet Training exercise from the USS Nimitz.
Retired David Fravor stated:
As they approached the area where radar picked up on the blip, the “back-seater” of the other jet said, “Hey Skipper! Do you see that?” Just then Commander Fravor spotted what appeared to look like a Tic Tac shaped object bouncing over the water. Estimated to be about 40 feet long, this craft was hovering over the water about 50 feet. As the F-18’s started to circle at 20 thousand feet, the craft started to rise up towards them. As Commander Fravor started to desend down toward the unidentified craft, they met head-on within a half mile. All at once it just disappeared. Once back on the Nimitz, Commander Fravor immediately took a phone call about this incident from NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) here in my home town of Colorado Springs. He didn’t know who he was speaking with, but had to answer very specific questions.

In April 2021 with the help of filmmaker Jeremy Corbell and Las Vegas reporter, George Knapp, photos and videos were released to the public of unknown flying objects. The Pentagon confirmed in a statement that the leaked photos and videos were captured by U.S. Navy personnel, but declined to label them as (UAPs) an Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Pentagon spokesperson Susan Gough stated to the Black Vault site, that “I can confirm that the referenced photos and videos were taken by Navy personnel.”
Jeremy Corbell says the video and photos were originally shown at an Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) briefing on May 1, 2020, and later leaked to him by a Navy personnel. He says he also worked with George Knapp to verify the authenticity and context of the footage before releasing it. It appears the video and photos have been turned over to the “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force.”
The “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force” was established under President Trump’s term on August 4th, 2020. Deputy Secretary of Defense David L Norquist approved the establishment and will lead the UAPTF.

The Department of Defense established the UAPTF to improve its understanding of, and gain insight into, the nature and origins of UAPs. The mission of the task force is to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security.
As DOD has stated previously, the safety of our personnel and the security of our operations are of paramount concern. The Department of Defense and the military departments take any incursions by unauthorized aircraft into our training ranges or designated airspace very seriously and examine each report. This includes examinations of incursions that are initially reported as UAP when the observer cannot immediately identify what he or she is observing.
Also initiated under President Trump’s term included in the “Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021”, contains a segment called, “Advanced Aerial Threats”. In this segment the Committee directs the (DNI) Director of National Intelligence, to submit a report on the “airborne objects that have not been identified.”

Therefore, the Committee directs the DNI, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and the heads of such other agencies as the Director and Secretary jointly consider relevant, to submit a report within 180 days of the date of enactment of the Act, to the congressional intelligence and armed services committees on unidentified aerial phenomena (also known as “anomalous aerial vehicles”), including observed airborne objects that have not been identified.
So is the USA getting ready to go into UFO Disclosure mode? Based on the 180 day time limit mentioned in the “Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021”, sometime June of 2021, the (DNI) Director of National Intelligence, along with the Secretary of Defense and the heads of other agencies that are relevant to UFO type sightings, are to submit a report on information they have gathered pertaining to UFOs, also referred as UAPs.
Will this happen and will it be significant?
Well that’s up to our government and our current President.

(Segment) Advanced Aerial Threats:
The Committee supports the efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence to standardize collection and reporting on unidentified aerial phenomenon, any links they have to adversarial foreign governments, and the threat they pose to U.S. military assets and installations. However, the Committee remains concerned that there is no unified, comprehensive process within the Federal Government for collecting and analyzing intelligence on unidentified aerial phenomena, despite the potential threat. The Committee understands that the relevant intelligence may be sensitive; nevertheless, the Committee finds that the information sharing and coordination across the Intelligence Community has been inconsistent, and this issue has lacked attention from senior leaders.
Therefore, the Committee directs the DNI, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and the heads of such other agencies as the Director and Secretary jointly consider relevant, to submit a report within 180 days of the date of enactment of the Act, to the congressional intelligence and armed services committees on unidentified aerial phenomena (also known as “anomalous aerial vehicles”), including observed airborne objects that have not been identified.
The Committee further directs the report to include:

A detailed analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena data and intelligence reporting collected or held by the Office of Naval Intelligence, including data and intelligence reporting held by the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force;

A detailed analysis of unidentified phenomena data collected by:
-
geospatial intelligence;
-
signals intelligence;
-
human intelligence; and
-
measurement and signals intelligence;
-
A detailed analysis of data of the FBI, which was derived from investigations of intrusions of unidentified aerial phenomena data over restricted United States airspace;
-
A detailed description of an interagency process for ensuring timely data collection and centralized analysis of all unidentified aerial phenomena reporting for the Federal Government, regardless of which service or agency acquired the information;
-
Identification of an official accountable for the process described in paragraph 4;
-
Identification of potential aerospace or other threats posed by the unidentified aerial phenomena to national security, and an assessment of whether this unidentified aerial phenomena activity may be attributed to one or more foreign adversaries;
-
Identification of any incidents or patterns that indicate a potential adversary may have achieved breakthrough aerospace capabilities that could put United States strategic or conventional forces at risk; and
-
Recommendations regarding increased collection of data, enhanced research and development, and additional funding and other resources.
The report shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
