Legal “UFOnut” Trademark

UFOnut is a Trademark name protected under the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Any use of the word “ufonut” without written permission from Chuck Zukowski will be in violation of US Trademark laws. UFOnut is trademarked as a “one” word not “two”, therefore the two words together with a space in between (ie: ufo nut) are two separate common words and not trademarked. Referring UFOnut in plural form (ie: UFOnuts or UFOnut’s) would be in violation of Trademark laws if the assumption is a plural form of UFOnut.
