Interstellar Objects

Interstellar object Oumuamua travelled through our Solar System back in 2017 and those interested around the world, were amazed. This was the first Interstellar Object or (ISO) that scientists had ever identified. Then just a couple of years later in 2019, Comet 21 Borisov came through our Solar System. Venturing from who knows where, this started people talking. Why now, two interstellar objects travelling through our Solar System so close in time.
What’s interesting about these two (ISO)s is, that they’re not bound to any gravitational star, which means they pretty much go wherever they want to go. It’s as if they are under their own propulsion?
Well if two (ISO)s weren’t enough, now we have a third, 3I/ATLAS,

Between June 25th and June 29th data collected by the Asteroid Terrestrial-impact Last Alert System (ATLAS), which scans the night sky using telescopes in Hawaii, Chile and South Africa detected a third (ISO). News of the new object named 3I/ATLAS was officially released on July 1st. This new Interstellar Object is traveling towards our Sun at around 152,000 mph and so far observations state it’s travelling on a flat and straight trajectory. This is unlike any other type of comet or asteroid because this object is not controlled by our Sun’s gravitation which means something else is controlling it.
So, two Interstellar Objects have travelled through our Solar System and a third is on the way soon to pass through our Solar System the end of October into the beginning of November 2025. Some say these Interstellar Objects could be of alien nature, some type of deep space probe collecting data as it travels through space. Maybe, but again, why now? Why are we seeing not one but three Interstellar Objects visiting our Solar System?
Well, here’s a thought?
We’re not stationary, we’re moving constantly which means, we are in new outer space every millisecond. Maybe we’re moving into the direction of these Interstellar Objects and it’s just a coincidence? Or, have these intelligent probes figured out our trajectory and are in an intercept mode?
Our solar system moves around our galaxy at 490,000 miles per hour and our galaxy, or the “Milky Way”, roughly spins at 168 miles per second, and takes 200 million years to complete one rotation. The Milky Way is also jetting through uncharted space at about 1.3 million miles per hour.
So basically Earth is moving rapidly into uncharted space! We’re travelling each second in space not really knowing the type of space we’re going into. Space is filled with Normal Matter composed of atoms and particles like protons, neutrons and electrons like everything you can touch and see, but it’s also made up of stuff we can’t see and don’t fully understand like, Dark Matter and Dark Energy.
Dark Matter as Explained by CERN:
Unlike normal matter, dark matter does not interact with the electromagnetic force. This means it does not absorb, reflect or emit light, making it extremely hard to spot. In fact, researchers have been able to infer the existence of dark matter only from the gravitational effect it seems to have on visible matter. Dark matter seems to outweigh visible matter roughly six to one, making up about 27% of the universe.
Dark Energy as Explained by CERN:
Dark energy makes up approximately 68% of the universe and appears to be associated with the vacuum in space. It is distributed evenly throughout the universe, not only in space but also in time.
Time will effect Dark Energy, because Time being the Fourth Dimension is not constant, it’s a variable.
Every second of every day we are travelling in new Space and this new Space has Dark Matter and Dark Energy which we’re really not that familiar with. This new Space also has Normal Matter like space particles, comets and asteroids whizzing into us which we always need to be aware of.
We’re at the beginning stage of trying to understand Dark Matter and Dark Energy, but a more advanced intelligent race who understands this, could be using this matter and energy to travel and also manipulate time in space while traveling. As for us, well, we’re not even close to understanding, matter of fact, what we call Dark Matter and Dark Energy may not even exist the way we think it does. Heck, we’re still trying to understand how we came to be here on this planet, this Solar System, this Galaxy.
Our scientists are questioning the once excepted Big Bang Theory, not the TV show, but how our Universe was created. Some say now our Universe may reside within this ginormous Black Hole in a larger parent universe. The James Webb telescope is seeing very distant things that are contradicting our current understanding of our existence, and as we build better telescopes, more theories will be replaced.
I actually never believed the Big Bang Theory started everything, because that’s just Medieval Thinking in my opinion. Some of the so-called experts still think we are at the center of life which, in my opinion, makes them pretty close minded. But if there was a Big Bang it wouldn’t just be Big, it would have been “Ginormously” Big. It would have created an infinite minus some variable, number of other smaller Big Bangs with each one creating its own infinite minus some variable, number of universes.
In other words, “We’re not that awesome”. We are just one life existing in a (infinite minus some variable) of life forms out there.
“We are just a spec of sand in an endless beach of life.”
So, could these Interstellar Objects like the one that will be visiting this winter be some type of Alien Probe collecting data as it travels? Of course it could! Millions and millions of different intelligent life forms means millions and millions of different types of technology’s. We can’t let our own stupidity give us the impression that every life form is like us, acts like us, and has technology like us. And never ever ever assume we are the only intelligent beings out there.
The odds or the percentage that intelligent life exists outside this planet is greater than the odds or the percentage that intelligent life exists on this planet. How life started on this planet compared to how life started on one of an infinite minus some variable life’s on other planets could have been a lot easier and quicker. Meaning? What if on our planet, the evolutionary process by-passed the Dinosaurs and started with mammals? That’s about 179 million years of a head start.
Well back to Interstellar Objects.
So, this would be awesome; Why not land a probe (hitch a ride) on one of these Interstellar Star Travelers so we can collect data where ever it goes? Well our technology is not there yet because we would lose communication as it travels away from our Solar System. We have landed probes on asteroids to collect data, but only to learn about the make up of the asteroid. We need to leave the probe on the asteroid collecting data as it travels through space, then download the data next time it’s back in our neighborhood.
Since we’re constantly traveling through space, we’ll probably be encountering more Interstellar Objects that are on their own path. And because we’ll be travelling into their direct path, we should also be encountering other things that will be new to us too!
