Chuck is a Principle IC Mask Design Engineering Consultant with Zukowski Inc. and has over 25 years of Mix Signal IC Microchip design. He has an Associates degree, a Bachelors degree in Business, and a Certification in Electronic Engineering and is also a Sworn Deputy Sheriff for Colorado's El Paso County Sheriff's Reserve Unit.

For the past 30 years, Chuck has been researching and investigating the UFO phenomenon. As a field investigator he's appeared on radio shows and television discussing his investigations. Chuck approaches every investigation as a skeptic looking for any known possibility before claiming otherwise. He also implimants field experiments from time to time to enhance an investigation looking for new clues.


Among his investigations, Chuck has become quite fluent with the Roswell Incident of 1947. He's worked closely with Archeologist, Dr. Bill Doleman, UNM., on two separate UFO shows; SCI-FI Channel's special, "Roswell, Startling New Evidence", and NBC/SCI-FI Channel's "SCI-FI Investigates, Roswell" episode. Chuck has also contributed to the SCI-FI Channel's book, "The Roswell Dig Diaries", and has written a workbook, "Extraterrestrial Archeology", a field guide to UFO Archeology.

Chuck has been interviewed numerous times by the media on the UFO phenomenon and his expertise in it. He was interviewed by the film crew for the Peter Jennings special, "Seeing is Believing", the film crew for multiple SCI-FI/NBC Channel UFO specials, and various periodicals including the Colorado Springs Gazette, and the Denver Post. He has been lecturing the past 6 years in Colorado, New Mexico, and Las Vegas on the Roswell incident and on other various UFO associated sightings. Chuck also hosts his personal website, "www.ufonut.com" which is also considered the official Roswell Archeology Dig information site. Chuck also has numerous videos on YouTube under the UFONUT 101 heading, which portrays some of his work. Chuck's major UFO Investigation expertise includes; UFO trace investigations, witness interviewing skills, UFO Archeology, and technical expertise. Chuck approaches his investigations with an analytical understanding, making sure to address all human known possibilities before venturing into the non-human or paranormal aspects of the sightings. Thus making the investigation more plausible and skeptic proof.

Tools of the trade include, night vision equipment, motion sensing photography, tri-field EMF meter, radiation sensors, metal detection units, basic Archeology equipment and various other instruments including an 8" Meade Telescope with video tie-in. Experiments include electro-magnetic field manipulation and coming soon, (BS-VCT) Binary Sequenced Visual Communication Techniques.

Featured with brother Chuck at the Roswell UFO International Museum in an exhibit about the 2002 Roswell debris field dig, where we donated the trowels, gloves and knee pads we used, which are incased in a glass display.
Co-owner with husband Wayne of; Arco Fire and Water Restoration Inc., Largo Properties LLC, Largo Commercial Properties LLC, Custom RV and Boat Storage LLC,  and “World of Water Foundation”; which is dedicated to giving veterans and children with special needs, the chance to experience scuba diving and other water related sports.
